You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the app for legal, medical, or financial advice. Persona/style features are for writing inspiration only and do not impersonate real individuals.
You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that text to provide the service. App branding, design, and software remain our property.
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of AI suggestions.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. See our account deletion page for steps. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
