AuraWrite AI ("we", "our", "the app") helps you check grammar, adjust tone, and improve written communication. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name, authentication provider, subscription tier.
Text you submit: messages you send for grammar, tone, or style processing.
Usage data: word counts, feature usage, and error logs needed to operate the service.
Purchase data: subscription status via Apple and Google (we do not store payment card details).

2. How we use data

Provide grammar, tone, and personalization features.
Manage accounts, subscriptions, and usage limits.
Improve reliability, security, and product quality.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Text you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) solely to generate corrections and suggestions. We do not sell your writing content to third parties.

4. Storage & retention

Account and subscription data are stored in secure cloud databases. Writing samples you save for style personalization remain linked to your account until you delete them or delete your account.

5. Your rights

You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account) or via our account deletion page. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable by law.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
