Delete your account & data

You can delete your AuraWrite account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open AuraWrite AI and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion when prompted.

Your account is removed immediately after confirmation.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account. We will verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days (usually within 7 business days).

Include the email address registered to your AuraWrite account.

What is deleted

Account profile (email, display name, auth provider link)
Subscription linkage stored on our servers (store billing history remains with Google/Apple)
Saved writing samples and style personalization data
Usage logs linked to your account

What may be retained briefly

Encrypted backups or logs kept for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (minimal retention)
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics if any

Text sent to AI providers for processing is handled under our Privacy Policy; we do not use deleted account data for training.
